Every launch, the moment it becomes real.

A token has no public price until it has a pool. This is the feed of the ones opening theirs against a tokenized stock, priced in Apple or the S&P from their first block.
First-hour volume is summed from that pool's own swaps: $0 means nothing traded, so far means the hour is still running, a dash means nothing could price it. A logo, DEX PAID or a boost count mean the creator paid DexScreener. Money spent, not a token vetted.

What counts as a launch
A new pool with exactly one side in the known stock-token set. Two stock tokens is an equity pool, not a launch. The rule reads pool creation off the chain and needs no launchpad's cooperation, so it works identically for every venue and for the next one that ships.
It also makes no claim about how a token got here. A bonding curve filling and a pool deployed directly look the same from the outside, and this page only reports what it can see. A token's first pool against a stock is its launch; a later one is the same token opening another market, marked pair rather than counted again.
Market records whether the NYSE was open at the moment the pool was created. A token that launches at 3am is priced for hours against an underlying whose exchange is shut, which is a launch condition that exists only here.
